We offer multiple policy, saftey conscious and claim free customers with premium insurance discounts. Depending on your home, situation, you may be eligible for one or more of the property insurance discounts we offer. The following is a summary of some of the discounts offered. Please read the Note that follows regarding availability, qualifications and amounts of these discounts.

New/Renovated Home - If your house is less than 10 years old or was completely renovated by a licensed contractor within the last 10 years. You could save up to 25% depending on the age of the home.

Protective Device House - If your home, apartment or mobilehome has smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, deadbolts on all exterior doors, and central burglar alarms, you could save up to 15% depending on the combination of installed protective devices.

55 and Retired - If you are 55 or older, retired and it's your primary residence. You could save 10% - 25% depending on the type of residence.

Home and Auto - If we insure both your primary residence and your auto you may be eligible for up to a 15% discount depending on the type of residence you own.

Tie-Down - If your mobilehome is "tied down" or anchored or bolted to the foundation you could save as much as 20%.

Original Owner - This discount applies only to mobilehome owners. You must have purchased your mobilehome new or within the last five years to receive this discount.
